Frequently Asked Questions

  • Each project includes up to two (2) revision rounds. Revisions are defined as minor adjustments (text, clip swaps, timing, captions, or music levels). Requests that require a new creative direction, additional footage, or restructuring the edit may be billed as a new project or additional fee.

  • Turnaround times begin once all required assets are received and are based on the selected package.

  • Monthly clients must submit sermons by the agreed-upon weekly deadline.

    ⚠️ Late submissions may result in delayed delivery and do not roll over to future months unless otherwise stated in writing.

    Unused deliverables do not carry over unless specified in the client agreement.

  • Once payment is received in full, the church owns the final edited video files.


    We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise requested in writing.

  • Once you select a package and complete payment, you’ll receive a welcome email with clear instructions for submitting your sermon or livestream.

  • You’ll upload your sermon or livestream recording to a shared Google Drive and provide access using the link provided. Files must be fully uploaded before the editing process begins.

  • After submission:

    1. We review the sermon or livestream

    2. We identify strong moments for long-form and short-form clips

    3. We edit, format, and optimize each video for its intended platform

    4. Final files are delivered via shared folder

    You’ll receive notification once your videos are ready.

  • At this time, we provide fully edited, platform-ready video files.
    Posting, scheduling, and analytics management are the responsibility of the church.

  • Monthly packages require a minimum 30-day notice for cancellation or plan changes.

    No refunds are provided for work already completed or in progress.

  • Yes. Our packages are designed to support:

    Each package is structured to meet churches where they are.

  • Sermon length does not affect pricing. We select clips based on content quality and clarity, not sermon duration.
